SPUMANTE Extra Dry
From a skillful blend of wines made from white grapes, produced with great attention to detail, Montelvini presents Promosso Extra Dry, a fresh and dynamic bubble that represents our original interpretation of Quality Sparkling Wine.
The wine obtained from the techniques of white wine making is placed in autoclave, where it undergoes secondary fermentation with selected yeasts at 16° C. Once fermentation is complete, it is refrigerated to - 4° C and left in contact with the yeasts. When the aging period is over, the wine is centrifuged and isobarically filtered in a second autoclave and then bottled.

Aroma: pleasant acidity, brightness and flavor
