Excellent as an aperitif, it finds its best expression with all raw and fish dishes, delicate and decisive it also pairs very well with all kind of cheeses.
Prosecco DOC Rosè is our latest project, in fact, only since 2019 has it been introduced into the Prosecco DOC production regulations, which set strict regulations.
