“THE FUTURE IS ROSÉ” WITH THE NEW PROSECCO DOC ROSÉ TREVISO BRUT - MILLESIMATO 2020

This is the claim of Montelvini’ s campaign to launch the new PROSECCO DOC ROSÉ TREVISO Brut – Millesimato 2020. Obtained from the vineyards most suitable for the production of sparkling wines, made from Glera (85%) and Pinot Noir (15%), this new wine is a blend of the two base wines that undergo secondary fermentation in stainless steel pressurized vats, and then remain on the lees for a total period of 70 days before being bottled. The result is an elegant Prosecco, with a soft pink colour and a fine and persistent and elegant perlage. The freshness of the Glera grapes and the structure conferred by the Pinot Noir make it creamy, savoury and balanced. These characteristics make it very versatile and suitable for any occasion. The launch of Prosecco DOC Rosé Treviso signed by Montelvini – says Alberto Serena, CEO of the company – coincides with the re-opening of the Ho.Re.Ca. sector, which we look at with confidence after a very difficult year. The latest addition to the Serenitatis Collection is the perfect wine to raise an optimistic glass to the future under the pay-off: ‘THE FUTURE IS Rosé’.
